I'll be frank, this is the default Returns and FAQ page from fourthwall with a little bit editing from my part. In the future I'll make it shorter and easier to follow for you.

I try to make merch where the quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality I will refund it, but I can't replace it as stock is very limited. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to me at contact@moikaloop.com . This quick and simple step will help me provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are made to order, I do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Shipping time:

Once shipping begins it shouldn't take more than 5-10 days for your order to arrive.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order and get a refund before your order has been fullfilled.

But once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on the situation. 

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, I cannot cancel or refund it. 

Refunds Policies

Orders are non-refundable unless they meet the requirements above and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

No Paypal for now as their fees are too high for an international account like mine.

International Orders

I do not offer International Shipping for the time being. In the future this may become an option available.
